Shipping and Delivery

We ship within India and aim to process orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–7 days, though remote areas may take up to 10 days. You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

Novo Kitchen is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, with free shipping on orders above ₹5,000.

Returns and Refunds

You may return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, contact our support team for instructions. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

We do not accept returns for used or damaged products unless defective. Shipping costs for returns are covered by Novo Kitchen only for defective items.

Product Warranty

All Novo Kitchen products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

To claim a warranty, contact our support team with your order number. We may repair or replace the defective product at our discretion. Proof of purchase is required.

Limitation of Liability
